England: why is your soccer team terrible when compared to other elite teams?
Yes, England is good, but for a soccer-crazy nation it's not good enough. Brazil, Argentina, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Holland and probably some poor African nation can beat England. Why is your soccer team so useless when compared to these teams? Against the USA, of course, you're good. Because we are not crazy for soccer. It's not popular here.
Come the World Cup in a few weeks, then we'll see how 'terrible' the English football side is!
