Which is more environmentally friendly: reading an article / book on a computer screen or printing it on paper first?
I want to emphasize that electricity is generated in my place with the help of fossil fuels. Thank you!
The computer is more environmentally friendly, I think. It does not require the use (and waste) paper, and there is no scientific evidence that the use of a computer has a pejorative effect on the view. That said, if the document will require repeated viewing or transfer to other people, I advise you to print the document out anyway, so it's pretty short and you are using a environmentally (Use a small, compact font, printed on recycled paper, etc.).
