How do you create law enforcement in an anarchist state?
I was just wondering, cos I know there have been a few anarchist states. How do you create law enforcement in a socialist libertarian state?
Well in anarchism there is no government thus no law enforcement.
But in a socialist libertarian state, people could either buy police protection from the government or from private corporations.
The government would put up bounties where vigilantes or drunks would catch the criminals for the reward. The free market takes effect, those who work the best and the fastest at catching the criminals will get the rewards.
