What are the alternatives to the thyroid medication?
I have recently been taking medication for a case Benin hypothyroidism and now it's the normal limits but my doctor still wants me to take medication to normal. What are the alternatives to the breakup of the pill? I heard the kelp can do for you, but I also heard that can be dangerous, and iodine.

None of this has anything to offer in the treatment of the thyroid. Kelp is supposed to be rich in iodine, which in turn is supposed to help the thyroid. Unfortunately, this advice is about 100 years late, because since the addition of iodine table salt, iodine deficiency hypothyroidism is no longer in the developed world. Iodine deficiency is NOT a common cause of thyroid disease anymore, and you have a huge goiter ... that you have not mentioned.
