Is judging everyone by the same standard regardless of race the only way NOT to be racist?

If people judge differently based on race, even partly, isn't that bigotry automatically? Why or why not?

Everyone regardless of race or ethnicity should be hired, fired, judged, and punished based on the exact same standard. The Equal Rights Amendment has been in effect for years along with the EEO, Afirmative action and other racially partial beneficial programs for minorities. If everyone hasn't jumped on the bandwagon, gotten an education, or taken advantage of these benefits that were available for 50 years, it's too damn bad.

We currently have a double standard in America. Blacks and Hispanics have an advantage in all fields of education, employment, and benefits. Schools operate on a double standard. What is forbidden and punishable for a white student is overseen for a black student as the administration usually blows it off as being part of their culture, which I consider an insult to successful blacks.

A poor black has services readily available to him/her. Even liberal whites feel that blacks should be given everything free since they were slaves and not been able to pull themselves out of the ghettos. Big flipping deal, Jews, Ukranians, Irish, and many white groups have suffered as much, or more than blacks. Plus, many whites suffered autrocities during our the last 100 years. There is no pity for poor, impoverished whites in America. Look at the areas of the Apalachan Mountains where poverty exists today. No pity for the people there.

It is time to put everything on an even grounds. Get rid of EEO, affirmative actions, etc. Blacks are perfectly capable of opening their own businesses without crying about whitey not hiring enough of them. Maybe the millionaire actors, sportspeople, and government executives that are black can help out their own race by not abandoning their own people and communities and instead, putting their money there. If this is done, they won't have to move to white areas in order for their children to go to good schools and to get away from crime. By blacks investing in their own neighborhoods, maybe crime, drugs, and illigitimacy will creep down to a level that anyone will be happy to have them as neighbors and the bogus, very popular excuse of discrimination won't constantly be used as an excuse for getting fired or not getting hired.

It is amazing that the NAACP and black leadership is claiming that the number of blacks on death row and those incarcerated is disportionate with whites. Do these morons have any idea of statistics. Geeeez. I am so tired of the race card thing. It has doubled since Obama. It is all Americans responsibility to contribute and build commnunities. Blacks don't need to sit back and wait for the Arabs or Koreans to open grocery stores in their communities. At least these people are willing to risk extreme danger and provide a service that would likely not exist otherwise.

I would like to see no more crying and finger pointing and more common sense used in society.
