Recycled Green
Does anyone have any good ideas for teaching K-8 graders "green" art?
I need to come up with a curriculum plan to teach two summer art camps. One camp is an arts & crafts camp and the other is a 3D art camp. I have a few ideas for themes, but does anyone have any really good ideas for either camp? Maybe I could do something with a "green" theme, including recycled materials or something. Any suggestions?
How about if you had them create pictures of the earth (or nature in general) using ONLY natural materials like leaves, twigs, etc. For example, create a picture of a forest using twigs, leaves, pebbles.
