Summer Cross
How would you train during the winter season for track compared to the summer for cross country?
For high school and college during the summer, I usually run much more miles around 60 miles per week but what should runners do during the winter for track in terms of mileage, weights, and anything else.
Keep running same mileage and do some weight lifting. You can join Indoor track. Wear some warm running clothes to keep warm during winter.
