Full Flap

I have my landing gear, spoilers, full flaps and all, but I still feel to crash when I hit the track ... Any advice or anything? PLEASE ANSWER!
OK, getting a good and a good distance alltitude track, set your flaps to about 5 degrees, reduce your throttle at idle, you get closer to the runway to your flap 15 degrees put your speed brake (spoiler) in armed conflicts, then when you are just off the runway put shutters on the full and your throttle down the whole way. When you press the ground bring your airbrakes (SPOLIER) melts down and your throttle for reverse thrust until you stop it, also put on the brakes. Hope this helps!
