should this expensive cole haan purse have reacted to a little water like this
It really depends on the leather used on the bag. Cole Haan uses top quality leathers for their bags so they may be a bit prone to stains than other brands. The water spot happened to due uneven wetting an drying and also caused the dimpling effect. I would not try and attempt to remedy it. First, contact Cole Haan reps at 800-695-8945. Explain your situation and see what they can to do remedy. They may tell you take the bag to a good shoe cobbler. Good luck. Don't worry.
