Stick Umbrella

I have an umbrella outside the clothing of the kind you stick in the ground and hang your clothes in. He bends the arm when not in use. Anyway I can not put mine in the ground, because I rent I can do? Please help!
is an odd request from a landlord .. you can not hurt anything to put in the ground his only a small hole ... you can try an old wheel set cement the metal poles to hold .. but does cement the owner could lose ground
