Is there a way to slim jeans?

I recently bought strings Fallen Chris Cole, who are supposed to be slim fit. but when I have they aere not very thin, but Arnt enormous. I filmed a few tricks skates and played them back and noticed that Arnt trhey that baggy, but I still want to try to slim up. So, here's a way STIs? Im thinking about the dryer tower, so they shrink. All help would be appreciated. Mainly Im just wanting Slim legs a bit. size is fine.

I do not know = / I think when you Shrink, size will decrease as well.
