I was side swiped by another driver on the road which caused my truck to roll three times landing on the roof and skidding 100 feet. The other driver was charged for lane change bad and my insurance company was great with me providing a rental truck and medical assistance. I have my own business and I had quite a number of sample books cost in the truck with my new smartphone, GPS and leather briefcase, all of which were damaged. Will my insurance pay for my losses?
