Men's Leather Backpacks

All common household cleaners and personal care items that I can use to clean white leather sneakers and suede?

I have already wear marks on my new mostly white leather sneakers. I want to keep them bright white. Window cleaner is not working. The end toe is suede. Do I already have around the house, like toothpaste or other things that I can use to keep them in top shape, without going expensive commercial cleaners?

I use Mr. Clean Magic Erasers on my shoes. They work great and cheap.
