Saturday, September 4th, 2010running and supplements?
Ive been ongoing for some months now, usually 4-5 days a week. whenever I run it usually 1-2 miles. After about 1 1 / 2 I have no stamina. Im going to be at the police academy in the coming months and must be able to run. I take a multivitamin and drink lots of water during the day. Are there other supplements that helps exploitation of energy and stamina? theres a lot of products at GNC and m confused, the more they try to sell you the whole store so I do not know what to use? I just need something to help with my runs. any help is greatly appreciated.
I take B50 for energy, but British Columbia at moments my Blood levels are low. I think a good counter vitamin should work. Eat healthy and hydrate often as much sleep!
