too casual for an interview?
I want to team this:

for an interview for a really well known successful airline. The dress actually sits just above my knee which is a good length, and I plan on wearing something underneath to combat the "cleavage" issue
I just don't know whether it's better to try and express myself or go for the traditional skirt suit? I think it looks professional enough and I feel comfortable in it, but want other opinions. Thanks!!

i don't think the cardigan goes with the dress (and i'd never wear two shades of grey together). i'd probably pair the grey with a black. but i think i'd feel safest wearing a pencil skirt with a blouse tucked in - and a blazer! good luck!
